Accessing
a Reciprocal BoardAccess to participating Reciprocal Boards is quick and easy. You can access each board directly from the Pro Homepage. On the left-side of the Pro Homepage is a section labeled Other MLS Systems. Simply click on the board that you want to access, then continue into that board. Please keep in mind that when accessing other boards, you are leaving MLS Listings and will be using a different MLS system. These boards may be set up differently than MLS Listings, but the basic concepts of what constitutes an MLS Board remains the same. You will be able to use the tools provided by the other MLS Boards
Tips
for Working on Other Boards
Some boards have special
requirements in order to use their system.
Paragon MLS
Currently, Paragon only works with
Internet Explorer. If you are using a different browser, you will notice that
Paragon does not appear to have many options. This is how their site has been
designed. They may allow usage of other browser programs in the future.
Paragon also has a program that they
call System Checker. This program will help to configure your computer to work
properly on their website.
Rapattoni Boards (MetroList, BAREIS,
SFAR)
In order for your Assistant to
access a Rapattoni board, you must grant access to their account. This is part
of the security they have designed on their system.
Please click here for help with Assistant Access on RapattoniBoards.
MLSListings
California Edition
The MLSListings California Edition
allows MLSL members the ability to search all participating Reciprocal
Access boards from one convenient
search engine. The California Edition is modeled after the Pro Search platform,
which many of our Agents have become familiar with over the years. It allows
searching through Class 1 (Single Family Residential) and Class 2
(Townhouse/Condo) properties, which we hope to expand in the future. It also
includes a useful Map Search feature that is invaluable when searching within
specific neighborhoods.
When using the California Edition,
please be aware that duplicate properties may appear in the results. Due to the
Reciprocal Access program, Agents on participating boards also have the ability
to list their properties on each MLS. Some Agents take the liberty of posting
their listings on a few boards to get the most exposure.
To access the California Edition,
simply click the MLSListings CA Edition button located on the left side of the
Pro HomePage.
